Agents

Using the agents functionality on the platform

Agents are pre-defined AI personas that you can select to influence the style and expertise of your chat interactions. Each agent has a specific personality and knowledge base, allowing for more consistent and targeted conversations.

Creating an Agent

  1. Navigate to agents section: Click the "Explore agents" button and click create in the top right hand corner.

  2. Add a Title: Give your agent a descriptive name so you can easily identify it later. For example: "Customer Service Expert".

  3. Add a Description: Add a longer description to provide more context about the Agent's purpose. For example: "Provide exceptional customer service, resolve complex issues, and build strong customer relationships through empathetic and efficient communication."

  4. Add Instructions: This is where you define the persona. For example: "You are a highly skilled customer service expert. You possess deep knowledge of customer relationship management and excel at resolving complex customer issues. You are empathetic, patient, and adept at communicating effectively. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty. When addressing customer inquiries, you will prioritize understanding their needs, providing clear and concise solutions, and offering personalized support. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the relevant teams."

Using an Agent

  1. Select an Agent: Click the "Explore Agents" button and select a desired agent.

  2. Start Chatting: The AI will now respond in the style and tone of the selected agent.

Managing Agents

  • Editing: Edit an agent in the agents section.

  • Organizing (Workspaces): Agents are organized within Workspaces. You can share agents with other users by adding them to a shared workspace.
