Workspaces
Using the workspaces functionality on the platform
Workspaces are collaborative environments where you can organize your prompts, files, and agents. Each user has a personal workspace that is private, and you can create additional shared workspaces to collaborate with team members.
Workspace Types
Personal Workspace: This is your private workspace. Its contents are not visible to other users.
Shared Workspaces: These workspaces are shared with a specific group of users. All members of a shared workspace can access and modify its contents.
Creating a Workspace
New Workspace: Click the "Create Workspace" button.
Enter Workspace Name: Give your workspace a descriptive name.
Create: Click the "Create" button.
Invite Members: Click the "Workspace Members" button, enter their email, select their role and click the "Invite" button
Switching between workspaces
You can easily switch between workspaces by select the workspace on the left hand bar.
